Power Bands are valued for their versatility. With different resistance levels, they can be used for both accommodative resistance training and for warm-ups and mobilization. Accommodative resistance training allows you to manipulate the force curve and allows you to gradually increase resistance as you move, which supports effective strength building in specific phases of the exercise.
