Information Obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR

In fulfillment of the information obligation arising from Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), we inform you that:

Personal Data Controller

Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. Performance of a contract – necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  2. Concluding a contract – based on your interest in our offer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  3. Pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller:
    • Investigation or defense against claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Offering you products and services as part of direct marketing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Cooperation for the provision of services by you.
  4. Profiling – to tailor our offers to your needs. Profiling will not significantly affect your rights.

Recipients of the Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:

  1. Persons authorized by the Controller:
    • Employees and associates who need access to data to perform their duties.
  2. Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller:
    • Entities to whom we entrust activities requiring data processing, e.g., hosting companies or IT services.
  3. Other data recipients:
    • Couriers, insurers, law firms, debt collection companies, and entities that may request data transfer based on legal provisions.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be processed for a period:

  1. No longer than the time during which you can file a complaint or lawsuit arising from the contract.
  2. Required by law to fulfill obligations.
  3. Data processed for direct marketing purposes – until an objection to their processing is raised.

Data Subject's Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:

  1. Access your data and receive a copy of it.
  2. Data portability to another controller.
  3. Rectify data if it is incomplete or incorrect.
  4. Erase data (the right to be forgotten).
  5. Restrict data processing in specific situations.
  6. Object to data processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  7. Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
