The order process begins with submitting a request for quotation, agreeing on the scope of personalization and proposing the arrangement of equipment. After determining the details, we present the offer. After its acceptance and payment of the deposit, we begin implementation.

The lead time depends on the specifics of the order and is determined individually. It is usually 8-12 weeks from placing the order and paying the deposit.

It is not possible to cut other holes or use a different type of profile in Strez structures. This is due to the modular nature of our system. The basic construction elements must remain the same to maintain compatibility with other products.

Yes. Strez structures are designed with modular expansion in mind. You can add new elements and accessories from our system.
What is the difference between Rigs and Racks?
What is the difference between Rigs and Racks?
Rack cages are complete, multifunctional training stations, allowing you to perform your entire workout without having to move around the gym. Heavier than Rigs, adapted for training with a large load. Ideal solution for TP studio, motor preparation. Rigs are lightweight structures, created with group training in mind - a high density of pull-up bars and minimal equipment allows for economical multiplication of training stations. They often have additional elevations for ropes and gymnastic rings.

Many third party accessories may fit the Strez design, but not all. We recommend contacting our team to be sure.

Yes, we invite you to our showroom where you can view and test equipment before buying. You can also visit our friendly clubs where Strez equipment is located. Contact us and we will find the nearest location.

How does equipment delivery work?

Delivery is carried out by courier, transport and Strez fleet companies. Equipment can be delivered separately, in batches or in parts. Products from other manufacturers can be sent directly from their warehouses to the customer. The customer is informed about each stage of delivery by a member of the team taking care of their order.

Yes, we do international orders and offer assembly in selected countries. Please contact our team for more information.
Installation
How long does assembly take?
How long does assembly take?
Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the order. It usually takes from a few hours to one business day.
What is included in the assembly service?
What is included in the assembly service?
The assembly service includes bringing in, unpacking, assembling the structure and machinery, anchoring to the floor and/or wall, checking the technical condition and basic safety check. At the customer's request, we can perform additional configuration. The assembly service does not include waste disposal - if you want to order it additionally, please inform us at least 7 days before the assembly.

How do I prepare the premises for installation?
Before installation, make sure that the installation site is clean, free from obstacles (e.g. old equipment, furniture, etc.), has access to light, and the floor and walls are suitable for anchoring. If the premises are located on the first floor, or for some reason access, unloading, carrying or assembly of the equipment may be difficult - inform our team before the order is processed.

Custom-made, personalized, non-prefabricated products are non-returnable. You have the right to return other equipment in accordance with applicable law, provided it is intact and unused.

We provide a 10-year warranty on steel structures, 1-year warranty on consumables, and 6-month warranty on paint and upholstery.
