Quarterly/annual maintenance
Structures - It is very important to keep your equipment clean and dry to minimize the risk of rust or corrosion. Clean your structures regularly, especially after training. For best results, use an environmentally friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning agent. Regular use can cause scratches and scuffs. It is not recommended to place the equipment in areas with high humidity, near water or outdoors, as this can negatively affect the paint and surface texture of the equipment.
Upholstery - Check for tears. Clean using a solution of dishwashing liquid and warm water, using a soft cloth.
Fasteners - Check all bolts and nuts to make sure they are tight. If you find any loose hardware, tighten it with a wrench or screwdriver.
Cables, Stacks and Guides - Inspect all cables for wear or damage. Check for any exposed wire and ensure proper tension. Replace worn or damaged cables immediately. Inspect all stacks for proper alignment and operation. Wipe all guides lengthwise and lubricate with a thin coat of silicone grease. DO NOT use WD-40 as a guide rod lubricant as it is primarily a cleaner and degreaser.
