General warranty conditions for Strez brand equipment

1. Strez Sp. z o. o. warrants to the original user that the Strez product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified below from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the product.

2. Scope of warranty:
The warranty covers:

• Product defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repair or replacement of defective components with new ones.

3. Warranties for products not manufactured by Strez Sp. z o. o. will be honored in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

4. Warranty exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, including:
• Equipment overload.
• Using equipment other than for its intended purpose.
• Mechanical damage resulting from falls, impacts or other accidental events.
• Modification of the equipment without the consent of the Guarantor.
• Natural wear and tear of operating parts (e.g. cables, wheels).

5. Complaints procedure:
To benefit from the warranty, you must:

• Submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: info@strez.pl
• Attach proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
• Describe the type of defect and the circumstances of its occurrence.

6. Time for consideration of complaint:

• The Guarantor undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its submission.

7. Final provisions:

• The guarantee does not affect the consumer's warranty rights.
• In the event of replacement or repair of the product, the warranty period starts anew for the replaced parts or the entire product.
• Any disputes arising from this guarantee will be settled by the court having jurisdiction for the registered office of the Guarantor.
