Sled Speed ​​is a highly compact sled made of high-quality steel. It offers durability and mobility, allowing for effective training both outdoors and indoors.

Thanks to its innovative design, the Sled Speed ​​is easy to carry and store. After training, the vertical weight shaft folds flat for easy transport and space saving. The sled is compatible with a variety of surfaces – from grass, artificial turf, running tracks, concrete and asphalt – making it an extremely versatile training tool.

Sled Speed ​​allows for a variety of training options:

  • Speed ​​training (low load) : Speed ​​training and improvement of maximum speed through sprints with low load.
  • Strength Training (Heavier Load) : Strengthen the posterior band muscles by using heavier loads for sled drag exercises.
