Description

A semi-free machine (load in the form of plates) combining two devices in its functionality: a reverse hyper bench and a GHD (Glute Ham Developer) bench. As a rule, we can use it to work in over 11 movement patterns, performing exercises for the abdomen, the entire posterior superficial band or even the quadriceps (sitting on the machine) up to the triceps (in a lying position).

This type of device is considered the safest way to strengthen the back band without the risk of injury (we do not gravitationally load the back as in the case of squats or deadlifts, which can result in the risk of injury if performed incorrectly). During the exercise, we achieve the effect of decompression of the intervertebral spaces of the lumbar section. With the help of powerbands, we can also work with variable resistance depending on the phase of movement.
