Description

The inner bar is used as a connector (between the cages or from the cages to the wall) and to strengthen and stabilize the structure with the additional function of a pull-up bar. You can perform many classic bodyweight exercises on it, such as underhand or overhand pull-ups, L-Sit or Toes 2 Bar, and you can also successfully use suspension training systems (bands or rings).

The only limiting factor with this type of bar is the inability to perform exercises such as sidesteps or muscle-ups.
