Description

The landmine is a compact and multi-functional training tool that allows you to perform a wide range of strength and rotation exercises using a barbell. Ideal for functional training, it allows you to develop strength, power, stability and mobility in different planes of movement, making it an excellent choice for both professionals and recreational trainers. The landmine can be easily mounted by sliding it into the plate or mounting it to any Strez structure (depending on the version chosen).

With a solid steel construction, the bracket is durable and resistant to intensive use. It is compatible with Olympic bars and can be mounted anywhere on the floor, in a rack or on another stable structure, allowing for a wide range of applications.
