It has become important for people to improve their quality of life through physical activity, and for fitness clubs to try to provide appropriate conditions for both physical and mental health in one place.
It has become obvious that the classic fitness club no longer has a reason to exist in its former form. Through theoretical assumptions and practical solutions, which are partly imposed by restrictions and government regulations, the transformation into STreZ Concept brings real benefits to both club members and gym owners, creating a place for broadly understood sports.

#performance
The professionalization of activities related to practicing sports and the very specific, due to restrictions, organization of sports activities allows for the addition of sports previously practiced in so-called professional sports clubs, to the assumptions and possibilities of fitness clubs. Consequently, competitors of individual sports disciplines can safely be included among the clients of fitness gyms.

In such a place, #consciousfitness is present in the solutions and layout of sports equipment zones:
– a broadly developed and diverse functional zone with appropriate equipment and the underlying assumptions of coaching thought. A specific path for club members from intro to athletes
– wellness – understood as a return to health. These are zones from recovery (convalescence), through work with a rehabilitator, to health-type training or medical therapeutic training
– fitness – improving all motor skills from the intro/beginner/advanced level and athletes, taking into account fitness and coordination skills different for specific physical activities or trained sports disciplines

#professionaltrainer

The professionalization of sports activities at the StreZ Concept location, in addition to the appropriate selection of sports zones, primarily involves the professional care of the physiotherapy and training staff.
We place great emphasis on the appropriate competences and qualifications of trainers, which are developed and verified by the Polish Personal Trainers Association. Obtaining the appropriate certificates guarantees the highest level of services provided and the possibility of conducting affiliated trainer courses designated by the PZPT, as well as cooperation with accredited schools. This gives club members the best opportunity to achieve comprehensive sports goals, and employers certainty about the quality and smooth functioning of the entire club in a holistic approach.
