Description

The insert bench is a versatile addition to training cages. When combined with the support arms (short or full), it creates a stable platform that you can use for exercises such as:

  • seal row rowing
  • box squat
  • bulgarian split squat
  • box jump / step ups

Additionally, in combination with an adjustable bench and power arms, you can use it to turn your training cage into a Leg press machine, and by hanging it on the vertical poles of the structure, it will also successfully serve as a target for medball throws .

Another idea for using an insert bench is to use it as a raised platform for the spotter during a bench press while inside the chest, to achieve more advantageous leverage when helping to place the barbell on the hooks.
