All products are made to order. Realization takes place after acceptance of the offer and payment of the deposit. The time of realization is determined individually depending on the size and scope of customization of the order. Usually it is 8-12 weeks.

Description

Multifunctional, movable arms compatible with all Rack and Rig structures. Thanks to their versatility and space saving, they are ideal for both commercial and home gyms.

The arms work independently, offering full vertical adjustment and a range of motion of almost 180°. The operating mode and adjustment options allow for a wide range of exercises, both static and dynamic, in a unilateral and bilateral pattern. Such exercises include: Bench Press, Floor Press, Military Press, Push Press, Split Jerk, Push Jerk, Deadlift, One Leg Deadlift, Bent-over Rows, Goblet Squat, Belt Squat, Glute Kickbacks, Leg Press (with the help of an insert bench).

A trainer working with Power Arms gains almost unlimited possibilities of a variety of movement patterns and exercises.

  • Level of advancement and difficulty of exercises : Adjust the level of difficulty by selecting the appropriate load in the form of plates or rubber bands.
  • Training accessories : Enhance your training with additional accessories such as safety arms, hooks or an insert bench, which increase training potential and versatility.
Security

Adjust the position of the arms safely thanks to the double locking system. Each arm has double-sided knurled handles. In addition to the height lock, they have the option of blocking the movement of the arms if we want to use our cage for classic work with a barbell and hooks.
