Smith Machine mounted to a freestanding Rack cage.

Equipped with guides that keep the barbell in a fixed path of motion, the Smith machine allows for controlled training, reducing the risk of injury and improving technique.

Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the barbell height, the Smith machine allows for a variety of exercises – from squats and presses, to calf raises and other isolation movements. The machine is also equipped with a locking mechanism, which allows for quick stopping of the barbell at any height, further increasing training safety.

The latest version of the Smith machine can be mounted vertically in a straight line or at a slight angle of 5 degrees. Angled positioning offers significant benefits – it reduces joint strain, while the barbell follows a more natural path of motion in line with the body's biomechanics. Such an angle allows for deeper activation of stabilizer muscles and better control during exercises, while reducing the risk of injury. The ability to choose between vertical and angled positioning provides flexibility in adapting training to the individual needs and preferences of each user.
