Equipped with guides that keep the barbell in a constant motion path, the Smith machine allows for a controlled workout, reducing the risk of injury and improving technique.

With the ability to adjust the height of the bar, the Smith machine allows you to perform a variety of exercises - from squats and presses to calf raises and other isolated movements. The machine is also equipped with a locking mechanism, which allows you to quickly stop the bar at any height, which additionally increases the safety of training.
