Description

The Yoke Rack training cage owes its name to its shape, which is similar to the Yoke construction for carrying weights used in Strongman training. This is our simplest version of a free-standing rack-type training cage. Similar to the version for walking with weights that we know from the Strongman competition, it is a very easy-to-transport construction.

Yoke rack offers all the basic features of a weight rack: height-adjustable barbell hooks, a pull-up bar, mounting holes for additional accessories, and a perforated base for training with bands. Before using the bands, be sure to anchor the structure to the ground or additionally load it with plates using dedicated stainless steel pins.
